Every Wednesday we’ll update you on the upcoming Wintertide events as the City of Everett Wintertide season kicks off.

Wintertide is not just one event and is not limited to downtown Everett, but encompasses all the ways that people in Everett, Washington can enjoy holiday cheer, including Friendsgiving celebrations, special shopping opportunities, music, events , joy, experiences and more that last all the way into the New Year.

Friday, November 25 – Coastal Community Bank Presents Wintertide Kick Off Tree Lighting Ceremony:

Come celebrate the magic of Wintertide
Everett’s Wintertide season kicks off on Friday, November 25 with the annual downtown tree lighting celebration.

Bundle up and bring family and friends for a fun night of holiday cheer. The fun starts at 4:00 pm and Santa arrives at 5:00 pm with the Everett Fire and will flip the switch to turn on all of the downtown Everett light displays.

Stick around for chocolate and cookies, get your photo taken with Santa, and enjoy Christmas music and snow machines.

When: Friday, November 25, 4 p.m., lights come on at 5 p.m.
Where: Colby Avenue, between Hewitt and California

Saturday, November 26: North Pole Party at Imagine Children’s Museum

10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Head to the recently remodeled (and greatly expanded) Imagine Children’s Museum for a fun day of holiday cheer for the kids. This event includes tree lighting, story time with Mrs. Clause, holiday crafts and projects, games, and there’s a rumor that someone special, cookie-loving and joyful will turn up.

Crafty B’s Black Friday and Small Business Saturday Vendor Pop-Up Market
November 25 and 26
9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
The Crafty B Christmas Vendor’s Market is back inside the Everett Mall. Celebrated on Black Friday and Small Business Saturday, you can shop at local vendors and find wonderful handmade gifts for everyone on your list. Visit other stores in the mall while you’re there, snap a selfie with Santa, and a cookie from local cookie icon, Midnight Cookie Co.
