The luxury fashion brand will showcase its home collection for the first time in its new Miami retail store

NEW YORK – Luxury fashion brand Gaucho – Buenos Aires has introduced the Gaucho Casa Home collection that includes 70 storage units in lighting, décor and tableware, and company officials state that the home’s first line will be displayed alongside luxury clothing in a scheduled new Miami store. It will open in July.

The Gaucho – Buenos Aires retail store is located in Miami’s Design District and will include products from the company’s 800 SKU clothing line, leather goods and accessories, and the Gaucho Casa home collection.

Scott Mattis founder Design director Lautaro Garcia de la Pena said the new home products were inspired by the “rare heritage of Buenos Aires” and the gaucho culture of Argentina.

“Gaucho – Buenos Aires embodies the bold spirit that bears our name – the Knights who represent our Argentine culture, traditions and pride – and infuses it with the modern, cosmopolitan energy of our capital,” Matisse noted. “The result is something completely individual, whether it be luxury leather handbags or unique household goods. Everything we create is a celebration of elegance, craftsmanship, adventure and all the pleasures of life.”

The Gaucho Casa Home collection features ethically sourced natural materials from Argentina, New Zealand and Iceland. Prices for household products range from $35 to $800.

Matisse says the fusion of Argentine and American cultures is a natural fit for high-end retail products.

“Both the culture of Argentina and the United States love luxury goods,” he said. “Argentina is a great source for identifying or creating these luxury goods, while the United States has endless opportunities to showcase these highly sought-after items by the American public.”

Matisse added that the Casa Home collection attracts consumers looking for artisanal products.
