Stock Residences, the luxury condominium division of award-winning Naples developer Stock Development, has announced that the highly anticipated residential project, One Naples, will now be branded as The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Naples.

The decisive partnership between the two revered entities is a nod to the developer’s reputation for industry excellence and deep-rooted community ties, as well as the project’s acclaimed Gulf Coast location and innovative designs.

The ultra-high-end project at the intersection of Vanderbilt Beach Road and Gulf Shore Drive, consisting of a collection of 128 waterscape homes, will be flanked by Vanderbilt Beach and the Gulf of Mexico to the west and Vanderbilt Lagoon to the north, allowing owners unparalleled access to countless waterfront amenities and services.

Forming an exclusive six-acre coastal enclave, The Residences will feature a pair of 12-story boutique buildings, known as the Tower Residences, that overlook the Gulf and Lagoon; two mid-rise buildings, called the Bay Residences, overlooking the lagoon and an adjacent full-service 22-slip marina; and a fifth mid-rise building called the Park Residences, which borders a private, amenity-rich park.

With construction scheduled to start in Q2 2023 and completion slated for Q2 2025, the design of The Residences includes a cadre of top visionaries: Curts Gaines Hall Jones (CGHJ) Architects, internationally renowned interior designer Cristian Pinedo of SUSURRUS, and landscape architecture firm Booth design group. Builder Suffolk Construction is the general contractor, while engineering will be led by JR Evans Engineering.

“This condominium project will truly redefine luxury waterfront living in Southwest Florida,” said Brian Stock, CEO of Stock Development. “Buyers in the area cannot find this level of access to such a range of top-class amenities in a unique coastal environment. Here, everyday life is punctuated by excellent beach access with an inimitable connection to nature, a full service marina and a private park…complete with the attention to detail and legendary service of The Ritz-Carlton.”

The Naples market, long considered a prime location for luxury vacation home buyers, has seen an unprecedented increase in demand over the past five years and was ranked the No. 1 place to live in Florida by U.S. News & World Report. This new offering has been highly anticipated for those affluent buyers seeking a higher life in the heart of one of the country’s most idyllic destinations.

“We are committed to joining respected and reputable entities in the industry who are like-minded in their approach to each new venture – committed to tradition, excellence, ingenuity and the creation of a legendary lifestyle,” said Sarah Khalifa, VP, mixed-use development, Marriott International. “It was those natural synergies that led us to Stock Residences and the company’s vision for this project, which is poised to become a coastal retreat.”

Prices for three, four and five bedroom homes start at $2.5 million. The beautifully designed homes will feature expansive terraces – each with glass balustrades and impact-resistant sliding glass doors – as well as modern European-style kitchens and baths, Cambria quartz countertops, 10- to 12-foot ceilings, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, porcelain and wooden floors and private elevator entrances.

The Residences will be filled with an array of special amenities and services, such as an exclusive concierge, a marina at the gateway to the Gulf of Mexico with a dockmaster and gas service, and a landscaped park with walking trails, a putting green, walking area, and covered pavilions. The property will also boast The Vanderbilt Club, a 28,000 sq. Formula 1 simulator and a club lounge with a golf simulator and private theater, among other top features.

The Residences will additionally have 22,000 square feet of outdoor amenities, including a resort-style pool, lap pool, cabana suites and fire pits. Additional Tower Residences amenities will include a sophisticated rooftop terrace with private dining and lounge, while the Bay Residences buildings will have a waterfront promenade to the marina, a social terrace and a rooftop pool.

In addition to its signature appeal and seemingly endless list of features and offerings, The Residences will be located across the street from the existing Ritz-Carlton hotel in Naples and minutes from the fine dining and European-style shopping of Fifth Avenue South and Third Street.
