‘Selling Sunset’ renewed for seasons 6 and 7 as Netflix unveils Real Estate & Home Reno Slate

Selling Sunset goes nowhere, and if you like real estate and home improvement programs, Netflix has even more on the way this year.

The streaming service has renewed the Emmy-nominated doscusoap Selling Sunset for seasons 6 and 7, where production is set to begin later this summer. Selling Sunset

Selling Sunset is set in a world of LA’s high-end real estate agents and follows the city’s most successful female real estate agents, all of whom work for The Oppenheim Group, the Hollywood Hills and Sunset Strips top agencies. They work hard and play harder and compete with the cruel LA market and each other. Adam DiVello, Sundee Manusakis, Kristofer Lindquist, Skyler Wakil and Jason Oppenheim executive produce.

How to build a sex room

In eight episodes, premiered on July 8, couples turn to luxurious interior designer Melanie Rose to help spice things up with spaces where they can carry out their fantasies. Adam Sher, Jim Berger, Scott Feeley, Corrina Robbins and Sarah Howell executive produce.

Dream Home Makeover

In Season 3, which premieres on July 27, South and Shea McGee from Studio McGee are back, bringing Shea’s breathtaking interior design to a wide range of different clients from across the country. Plus, viewers will see Shea and South raise their daughters Wren, Ivy and the new baby Margot. Rich Bye, Shea McGee, South McGee, Davis Mikaels and Noah Moskin executive produce.

Instant dream home

Premiere on August 10, in what is being described as a “partial renovation show and partial robbery movie”, families will be amazed when their home is totally transformed and radically improved from ho-hum to OMG – in just one day. The series is hosted by Danielle Brooks and features Adair Curtis (interior design), Erik Curtis (carpenter), Nick Cutsumpas (exterior design) and Paige Mobley (special projects). Get ready to meet a new set of real estate agents vying to establish themselves at the Oppenheim Group’s second office on the Orange County coast on August 24th. In the fall, a new real estate agent will follow the agents and clients of Mauricio Umansky’s The Agency in Beverly Hills, California. It includes Mauricio Umansky, his daughters Farrah Brittany and Alexia Umansky, Santiago Arana, Ben Belack, Joey Ben-Zvi, Jon Grauman, Brandon Graves, Allie Lutz Rosenberger, Melissa Platt and Sonika Vaid.
