If you’ve always wanted to keep up with the Kardashians, now’s your chance to actually live like one. According to reports, Kim Kardashian is liquidating her real estate portfolio.
The social media influencer has decided to relist her Calabasas, California condo for a cool $3.5 million, according to website Dirt. This time the reality TV star gives a look inside the bedrooms. This is where she sold her swimwear and beauty lines, seen on several episodes of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”
The 41-year-old listed the pied-à-terre three years ago at the same price and didn’t get a bite despite all the buzz the property was getting. Earlier this week, the luxury device returned to the market.
Kardashian and Kanye West purchased the unit in 2017 for $1.6 million. (Kardashian filed for divorce from the rapper in 2021 and was declared legally single in 2022.) The unit is one of 73 in the Avanti complex, which gives residents access to a clubhouse, swimming pool and poolside fireplace.
The three-bedroom unit doesn’t have the lavish decor you’d expect from a Kardashian. Instead, the 2,260 square meter apartment offers a minimalist exhibition space of neutral and organic materials created by Belgian designer Vincent Van Duysen.
Described in the listing as “minimal cloister style,” the space looks as if it’s barely been lived in, with its sharp countertops and tables. You won’t find brightly colored walls or carpets inside either. Instead, there are plenty of organic materials, like European oak floors, soft neutral tones, and custom plaster walls, ceilings, and cabinets.
There are three en-suite bedrooms, each with private outdoor space. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances from Gaggenau, Sub-Zero and Bosch.
The neutral tones and natural light carry through the entire room. From furniture and curtains to chandeliers and light fixtures, the design choices are smart and sleek.
The master bathroom has a designer Jee-o soho bathtub, Toto toilets and custom sinks. All bathrooms have recently been remodeled with waterproof plaster, according to the listing.
However, in true Kardashian style, the high-end unit comes with semi-private elevator access to a private foyer. The monthly condo fee is $685.
Home of Hidden Hills
Kardashian listed another home in the area, according to Dirt. The businesswoman unloads a 1950s ranch house located near her Hidden Hills mansion. She is asking for $5.3 million.
She bought the four-bedroom home in 2019 for just under $3 million. Situated on 1.5 acres, the 3,800-square-foot space includes a pool, covered patio with built-in grill, and four-car garage. The plot comes with horse facilities.
