Foster City is exploring updating architectural design guidelines for single-family homes, with the Planning Commission ready to hold several study sessions and community support for input.

The city is looking at its policy and rules around architectural design review of redevelopment or new construction of single-family homes. The city hopes to update its old guidelines for residents looking to remodel homes and will still find the designs comfortable in a frontier neighborhood.



The presentation of architectural plans for the redesign of Mullet Court in Foster City was discussed at the August 4 Planning Commission meeting.
