E-Home Household Services Holdings Limited Updates on RMB5

FUZHOU, China, June 24, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — E-Home Household Service Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: EJH) (the “Company” or “E-Home”), a provider of integrated household services in China, announced today the company has secured additional RMB4.7 million in new contracts during April-May to provide cleaning services for nearby homes.

The company signed RMB 0.8 million of the service contracts and Putian YouYou Cleaning Co., Ltd. (“YouYou”), a subsidiary of the company, received RMB 3.9 million from the new business. YouYou is a leading provider of cleaning services and a member of the Fujian Province Cleaning Industry Association, and E-Home acquired 60% stake in YouYou in January.

Under the contract, the Company and YouYou will provide concentrated swiping through designated neighborhoods and maintain their cleanliness throughout the contract period which ranges from 10 to 12 months. Neighborhoods include 1.1 million square meters of properties developed by Chinese developer R&F Group, which is managed by real estate management company Guangzhou Tianli Property Management, Xiamen Branch, and 0.26 million square meters of properties managed by Fujian Fusheng Property Management Co. Ltd.
