Callie: voted best hairstyle

Callie is a true testament to why the Arizona Humane Society continues to work to find new and innovative ways to save the lives of even more animals every day. The 4-year-old dilute tortoiseshell kitten was originally rescued by AHS as an underage and orphaned kitten all the way back in 2018 at just a few weeks old. After a few months of nurturing to bring her to adoption age and weight in AHS’ Bottle Baby Intensive Care Unit and a Foster Hero loving home, Callie was quickly adopted.
Sadly, this beautiful girl found her way back to AHS after her previous owners could no longer care for her and had to put her back in the shelter recently. However, if it weren’t for the specialized newborn kitten shelter area and foster program that originally saved her all those years ago, Callie wouldn’t be looking for a second chance. to a good life today.
Callie loves her long, lush hair brushed back and she’s a very sweet kitty who loves attention. One look at her and you understand why she is used to always getting what she wants, who can say no to such a lovely face?
How to adopt: Interested adopters can meet cute Callie at the Arizona Humane Society’s PetSmart Scottsdale location. Her adoption fees include her spaying surgery, ongoing vaccinations, microchipping, and a free follow-up exam with a VCA veterinary hospital. Pinot: The perfect blend

Whether you prefer red or white, this pinot will suit everyone after a long day. After all, who wouldn’t want to go home with such an adorable, wrinkled face? An interesting mix of Labrador Retriever, Staffordshire Bull Terrier and Basset Hound, this one-year-old pup is absolutely unique in every way.
Pinot surrendered to the Arizona Humane Society earlier this month after being rescued while straying injured by an AHS animal emergency medical technician. Found with ear injuries but otherwise healthy, vets at the trauma hospital cleaned his wounds and gave him antibiotics to ensure no secondary ailments arose.
With golden tones and hints of puppy charm, Pinot is a bit shy when first getting to know it. Everyone who has interacted with this lovely boy says he is kind and well-mannered, but can be a little nervous although he allows all manipulations, even during medical examinations. With dog space at AHS being extremely tight, adopting an animal like Pinot allows the shelter to continue to welcome even more sick, injured and abused animals, just like him, who need a second chance. for a good life!
How to adopt: Interested adopters can meet the little Pinot at the Arizona Humane Society’s South Mountain location. Her adoption fees include her spaying surgery, ongoing vaccinations, microchipping, and a free follow-up exam with a VCA veterinary hospital. Visit azhumane.org/adopt to choose one of three convenient ways to adopt based on your schedule.
