When 7-year-old Delaware (Adoption #BF2527) was rescued from a dire situation last year, He was the most problematic. Good luck to this patient gentleman. He landed safely in the care of Animal League America’s compassionate team, who asked him nothing but to feel comfortable in the first safe place he ever lived. He was content to spend the day looking out the window. study birds from the comfort of his perch
Life in Delaware is not consistently shared with caring human beings. Therefore, an unpredictable home without children and adults at heart to raise a frightened cat is necessary to create a permanent, safe space for it. he might not know yet But the best years were ahead of him as he finally joined a family worthy of his devotion.

Last year Animal League America was alerted to an emergency situation in which we had Montauk (Adoption #BF2531) and many friends in need. They have given this survivor the most peaceful place after a lifetime of hardship. And all the time he needed to show everyone who he really was. Learning how he feels about humans is sometimes a struggle for Montauk. But each day he opens up a little more to know the paws of life with a human who has experienced a quiet cat. which can give it a safe, predictable and secure home .
If you have a confident cat at home who can share the joy of being a beloved pet with him. Montauk could prove to be the most loyal student. A child-free home provides the ideal environment for Montauk’s retirement years. He met many heroes along his journey. But no one is more special than an adopter who steps up to share this Montauk life.

2-year-old Momma Lefkada (adopt # H211337) has the time and comfort she needs to gain her faith in her caring hands. and was rewarded with the gift of her trust. She wasn’t easily defeated. But of all she survived before landing in this safe place. It was easy to understand why she was still unsure of the new situation. That’s why a quiet home with adults and children with over 12 years of experience with cats is so important for training and further socialization.
ggive her time to heal And she’ll soon be pregnant and purring just like she did with her North Shore Animal League America best friend. If your heart is open to giving her a quiet place to rest, Lefkada is ready. Leave her past behind and share your sorrows with you.

**Duplicate adoption** A local rescuer brought Rhodes (adoption #BF4165) and Delphi (adoption #BF4166) to Animal League America in need of TLC who could teach them to welcome and enjoy human touch Regular, quiet space time shows them how wonderful it is to be part of a family. So they hid in a sunlit room at Bianca’s Furry Friends Feline Adoption Center to graduate under the care of a dedicated cat sitter.
Ultimate success in the home will come from an adult who has experience raising timid kittens. and children over 12 who can provide a consistently predictable and happy environment for a lifetime. These 11-month-old kittens can play all day long when they feel safe and comfortable in their surroundings.

5-year-old Ink (Adoption #BF4471) is in desperate need of help. When he was found dumped in a junkyard, Animal League America’s veterinarians attended to his medical needs. And he expressed his gratitude for the tender and loving care he received after the hardships of surviving outdoors. This cowardly and gentle spirit is FIV+, likely a result of his time outside. But now he was sleeping comfortably in his bed. He could imagine a future life full of convenience. We will ensure that the rest of his life is filled with love and nurturing.
If you want to be Ink’s hero, all he asks for is a quiet space and a constant stream of snacks delivered to him in his bed. Experienced cat owners (with older children) will easily give Ink love and consistency as he enters a new life as a beloved family member.

**Two adoptions** Guess who will be adopted this month? Puerto Rican siblings Arroz (Adoption #PR00203) and Frijole (Adoption #PR00204)! And wow, do these kids know how to celebrate?! The best gift is their first home where you can celebrate future birthdays together. Experienced adults (and older children) provide the predictable atmosphere in which we have seen these siblings grow up. The best way to say Feliz Cumpleanos is that these kids leave our campus to be with you forever.

**SPECIAL REQUEST** Jacque (Adoption #H212151) is celebrating his first birthday. And his party will include all of his favorite activities: wand toys, tunnels, candy, and bubbles (boy, can’t make enough bubbles!) You d never know from his enthusiastic energy that Jacque has heart failure. severely
Please note that this condition is covered through Animal League America’s Pet Health Center and will create a strong relationship between Jacque, the team of veterinarians who care for him. and the heroes who take it in their hearts and homes. We want Jacque’s life to be filled with happiness. Don’t worry (as are his lucky adoptees), a home with Jacque as his only pet will help him enter family life.
